Race Bib & Merchandise Collection

To ensure a smooth start to the event, we encourage all participants to collect their race bib and pre-ordered merchandise on Saturday, 12th April. Our collection centre will be open from 10am to 4pm at the Bunbury Runners Club Hub. This is our preferred time for collection as it allows us to efficiently manage the distribution and gives you plenty of time to prepare for the race day.

However, we understand that some participants may not be able to make it on Saturday. For those runners, we offer an early morning collection option on the day of the event. The collection centre will reopen at 6:00am sharp.

Please note that due to the high volume of participants, there may be queues during the morning collection. So, we strongly recommend collecting your items on Saturday if possible.

Pre-Race Preparation

Collecting your race bib and merchandise ahead of time is part of your race preparation. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare to avoid any last-minute rush. This will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the venue, check out the course, and mentally prepare for the race.
